- Create a unique PIN and memorise it.
- Never share and/or allow other person to use your card, PIN, One Time password (OTP) or banking credentials.
- Beware if calls/SMS/emails asking for card or banking information. Bank never ask for it.
- Respond immediately to transaction alerts you did not authorise.
- Update the Bank on any change of contact details.
- Check card statements regularly and report discrepancies promptly.
